Outside venue gift cards cannot be redeemed online — even if the previous business used the same booking platform. Their cards are not linked to our system.
To redeem your card, simply:
bring the physical or digital gift card to your reservation, OR
call or email us ahead of time and we’ll verify it for you

How to Redeem Your Gift Card at Axe Play
Step 1: Bring your physical or digital gift certificate — even a screenshot works.
Step 2: Our staff will verify the value quickly when you arrive, or by phone/email ahead of time.
Step 3: Enjoy your axe throwing session — The remaining balance is honored in person.
Important:
If booking online, a $20 deposit is required to hold your lane.
Bring your outside gift card to your reservation and its value is applied to your final total at check-in.

Yes. A $20 deposit is required to reserve your lane. After that, bring your outside gift card with you. Our staff applies its value to your final balance at check-in. This makes the process fast and easy when you arrive.
No. Outside venue gift cards are not connected to our system, even if the original business used the same booking platform. Because of that, all outside cards must be redeemed in person at Axe Play.
Because the original businesses are permanently closed, we cannot verify past balances or partial usage. The dollar amount must be visible on the card for us to confirm its value. If no adjusted amount is listed, we honor the full face value as printed. We do this to keep things simple and stress-free for everyone.
As long as the gift card is from one of the closed venues listed on this page, we will accept it. This includes cards from RelAxe Throwing, Axes & Archery, Axe Shack, and Battle Axe. So even older cards still hold value here.
Ignore the expiration. If you still have the card, bring it in — we’ll take care of you.
Yes. You can bring more than one gift card from the closed venues listed. We combine the values and apply them to your total at check-in. It’s an easy way to use everything at once.

No. Outside venue gift cards can only be used toward axe-throwing sessions at Axe Play. However, you may still use them for lane rentals, private parties, or corporate events.
Yes. You can apply an outside venue gift card to private events, team-building sessions, or corporate outings. The value is applied to your final balance at check-in. This gives you flexibility no matter what type of visit you’re planning. (up to $100).
Don’t worry — you’ll still get the lane. Just bring the card to your next visit, and we’ll apply it then. The credit can not be applied retroactively without verifying the physical or digital card.
Yes. Axe Play gift cards are connected to our booking system, so you can redeem them online or in person. Outside venue cards must always be redeemed on-site because they are not linked to our platform.
Yes. If you have a gift card from another axe-throwing venue — open or closed — bring it in. We’ll honor it here at Axe Play. Just make sure the card clearly shows its dollar value, and we’ll apply it to your final balance at check-in. We do this to make sure your gift doesn’t go to waste, no matter where it came from.
