Corporate Booking Policies
Planning a company event should be simple. Here’s how we keep everything smooth and organized.
Deposit
• 50% deposit required to reserve your event date and time
• Deposits are applied toward your final balance
Final Headcount
• Final headcount is due 7 days before your event
• This allows our team to properly staff and prepare for your event
Payment
• Remaining balances are due at the time of your event
• We accept all major credit cards, cash and corporate checks
Event Timing
• Corporate events typically run 90 minutes to 2 hours
• Casual throwing, tournament play, or a mix—your choice.
Corporate Axe Throwing NH – FAQs
Can corporate events be booked outside your normal business hours?
Yes. Many corporate events are scheduled around team availability, including weekday daytime events and times outside our normal public hours. If you need a specific day or time, just ask—we can often make it work.
How many people can we bring?
Our Hudson, NH venue has 6 lanes and 12 targets, making it ideal for groups of 10 to 110 guests. Larger groups rotate through the experience so everyone has plenty of opportunities to throw.
Can Axe Play come to our office or event location?
Yes. Our mobile axe throwing trailer brings the Axe Play experience to offices, company campuses, parking lots, parks, and event venues throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
What if our team has never thrown axes before?
Most corporate groups include first-time throwers. Your Axeperts handle the safety briefing, coaching, and warm-up so everyone feels comfortable before the event gets underway.
Does everyone have to participate?
No. Some people throw every round. Others cheer from the sidelines, enjoy a drink, or catch up with coworkers between turns. Everyone is welcome to participate at their own comfort level.
Do we have to run a tournament?
Not at all. Some companies enjoy a little friendly competition, while others prefer casual throwing and conversation. We’ll tailor the event to your team’s style.
What if someone in our group arrives late?
Please encourage your team to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time so everyone can participate in the safety briefing together. If someone arrives late, we’ll get them caught up before they join the event.
Can we recognize employees or make announcements?
Absolutely. Many companies use their event to recognize employees, celebrate milestones, hand out awards, or make announcements. We’ll help work those moments naturally into the event.
Can we bring our own food or caterer?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food, have it delivered, or use your preferred caterer. If you’d rather keep planning simple, our catering partner, Luk’s Bar & Grill, offers everything from pizza and appetizers to full meals.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates—especially Thursdays, Fridays, and the holiday season—fill quickly. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend reserving as early as possible.
