Corporate Booking Policies
Planning a company event should be simple. Here’s how we keep everything smooth and organized.
Reservation Deposit
• 50% deposit required to reserve your event date and time
• Deposits are applied toward your final balance
Final Headcount
• Final guest count is due 7 days before your event
• This allows our team to properly staff and prepare for your event
Payment
• Remaining balances are due at the time of your event
• We accept all major credit cards, cash and corporate checks
Event Timing
• Corporate events typically run 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on group size
• Our Axeperts run structured competitions to keep everyone involved

❓ Can corporate events be booked outside your normal business hours?
Yes. Many corporate events are scheduled around team availability, including weekday daytime events or times outside our normal public hours. If you need specific timing, just ask—we can often make it work.
❓ How many people can we bring for corporate axe throwing in NH?
Our Hudson, NH venue has 6 lanes and 12 targets, making it perfect for groups of all sizes. From small teams to full departments, we can scale your outing. For even larger groups, we can run rotations so everyone gets time to throw. Our max capacity is 110 people.
❓ Can Axe Play come to our office or event space?
Yes! Our mobile axe throwing trailer brings the bullseyes right to you. Parking lot, courtyard, or company field day—we’ll handle setup and deliver the full Axe Play experience onsite.
❓Can we bring food or catering?
Yes. While most corporate groups either use our Luk’s Bar & Grill catering partnership or bring their own food, we can often accommodate special requests for larger custom events.
❓ What if our team has never thrown axes before?
Most corporate groups have some first-timers. We’ll get everyone comfortable quickly with basic coaching, safety guidance, and an easy warm-up so your group can jump in and have fun without feeling intimidated.
